Refund policy

Because our products are freshly made and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

Refunds are offered only if:

  • You receive a wrong product.
  • The product is damaged in transit.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos and order details.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Before Dispatch:

  • You may cancel within 3 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped, as our snacks are perishable.
