Because our products are freshly made and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
Refunds are offered only if:
- You receive a wrong product.
- The product is damaged in transit.
- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos and order details.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Before Dispatch:
- You may cancel within 3 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
After Dispatch:
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped, as our snacks are perishable.
